At Link | EHub Direct, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and securely, with quality packaging. We ship every day except Sundays and public holidays, using only reputable courier services.

NOTICE: DUE TO RECENT CHANGES IN US POSTAL AND CUSTOM SERVICES PLEASE BE AWARE OF POTENTIALLY LONGER PROCESSING TIMES ON IMPORTED ORDERS.

Delivery Time

  • US orders are processed within 2-4business days.
  • US shipping times are 2-7 business days depending on the location.
  • Imported orders are processed within 5 business days.
  • Imported shipping times are 5-15 business days depending on the location.
  • You'll receive an email with carrier details and a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Fees

  • Fees include handling, packing, and postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary based on the shipment's weight.
  • To save on shipping, we recommend grouping your items into one order. Separate orders will incur separate shipping fees.

Damaged/Incomplete Orders

  • If your product arrives damaged, please email us at support@ehubdirect.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We'll address these issues on a case-by-case basis.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select countries outside the United States. All customs, duties, taxes, and fees are the customer's responsibility. Contact your local post office for more information.
  • Items that are require international shipping are listed as "Imported" in the description of the product page.

Inventory & Warehouse

  • We have inventory in warehouses in United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, & China.
  • We will fulfill your order from the closest warehouse to your delivery location that contains inventory for your purchase. 

Duties, Taxes, and Custom Fees

  • International orders may incur additional duties, import taxes, or customs fees, calculated by customs officials. These fees may not be included at checkout and are the customer's responsibility. 

Changes to Our Shipping Policy

  • We reserve the right to change this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
