Return Window
You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Exceptions
You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return on Apparel.
(You may request a return for these category items beyond 7 days, but we reserve the right to decline the request, or charge a restocking fee.)
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, custom products, personal care items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Carrier Delays
We do not offer refunds for packages "in-transit". If a package is lost while in transit we will address these on a case by case basis. Please allow for up to 30 days for your package to arrive due to potential carrier delays beyond our control.
We will not take responsibility for packages not delivered due to incorrect address, package declined/not accepted by customer.
Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
- Go to your account or contact us at Support@ehubdirect.com.
- When approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
- Items sent back without first approval will not be accepted.
If you ordered through your Shop App you may request a return in your orders page of the app.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, start a return and make a new purchase once the return is accepted.
Restocking
Some returned orders on select categories will incur a restocking fee of 15%, this will apply to cancelations as well. Return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve inspected your return. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Please contact us if it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved.
